Cancellation policies:

Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received before 6:00 pm, 1 (one) day prior to the expected day of arrival. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Hotel will charge 80% of the entire accommodation. In case of early departure the Hotel will charge 80% of the cancelled accommodation.
The cancellation policy of packages may vary. Please check the individual cancellation policy and deposit requirements of the package you would like to book.
